Conclusion: We developed an automated method to maximize the number of SFRT peaks and adapt the lattice based on tumour shape and patient anatomy. We demonstrated treatment planning feasibility for increasing PVDR by defining specific dose optimization protocols specific to the lattice configuration and dose prescription.
