Conclusion: The high accuracy found for pelvic and abdomen motivate dose calculations directly on HyperSight using the Acuros/MAR image reconstruction. While the anthropomorphic phantom head/neck case gave nearly identical dose plans, dose calculations on protocol head/neck patients requires further examinations. Despite high accuracy of the calibration curve and the fast image acquisitions used by HyperSight, deviations in dose calculation of the thorax patients require further actions before used directly for dose calculation.
