Conclusion: The availability of the mean dose and standard deviation files enables the identification of regions with high dosimetric uncertainty caused by DIR. This information can be leveraged to optimize treatment planning for reirradiation and to enhance the accuracy of DIR if necessary. By incorporating these dosimetric considerations into the planning workflow, treatment safety and effectiveness can potentially be improved.
