Confidence in contouring specific OARs on HS-MAR was equal to or higher than pCT in 47% of cases (Figure 2A). For HS-MAR, 70% was scored as moderate to very high confidence, compared to 87% for pCT (Figure 2B). Lower scores were mainly due to residual scatter from dental fillings/implants (present in 5/7 patients). Contrast was not administered for the CBCT scans (but present in 4/7 pCT scans), which could also have influenced confidence.
