The tumor ADCs exhibited a moderately to high correlation between DS and MRL (R=0.75; p<0.001; Fig 2A). Tumors with higher diffusivity showed a marked ADC increase on MRL compared to DS, with the increase being more pronounced at higher ADCs (Fig 2B). Meanwhile, tumors with lower diffusivity showed a reduction in ADCs.
