Figure 2 shows the relative differences between SPAARC and Pyradiomics for a selection of RFs.

ICCs for morphological features are above 0.99 for almost all features, with relative differences that in many cases do not exceed 10%, with features with higher variability still maintaining good ICC values. Most of first order features are well compatible, however some features show very large variability. Regarding higher order features, the lower ICC suggests that a cautious approach should be taken.
