showed a Z eff RMSE<2, while pairs with both energies keV>=150 had a RMSE>25. Hunemohr calibration had more consistent results across VMI-pairs, with a 0.49 RSP RMSE for PCCT. Tissue differentiation (Figure 2) was more visible in DECT by using VMI-pairs than the regular 140/80 kVp pair, due to possible denoising in VMIs. Moreover, VMI-pairs in PCCT and DECT showed comparable tissue differentiation.
