Conclusion: Image artifacts from dental work were present for 19 patients. The HyperSight iCBCT MAR reconstruction significantly reduced these artifacts compared to HyperSight iCBCT Acuros, TrueBeam and FBCT, making it particularly beneficial for patients receiving treatment near the oral cavity. HyperSight also demonstrated lower HU and contrast deviations from FBCT (≤ 20HU) for a set of H&N OARs. This accuracy could translate into CBCT-based dose calculation differences of less than 1% in the H&N region 5 . This work highlights the suitability of HyperSight images for direct dose calculation during adaptive treatment even in cases that would typically produce large image artifacts using previous onboard imaging solutions.
