Conclusion: Our findings emphasise the feasibility of a daily adaptive particle therapy workflow for liver SBRT patients. We have shown that the OAR and target contours and plan adaptation on a daily CT can be done in less than 20 minutes in the clinical routine. In the future, the automated pipeline will be translated to a shuttle-based “quasi-online” MR guided adaptive workflow at HIT to overcome the poor soft tissue contrast of the CT, enabling a precise daily imaging of the lesion.
