Conclusion: A first-in-human application of 4D-PGI was accomplished for a pancreatic-cancer patient treated with proton therapy. Even though in this case only small differences between 3D- and 4D-PGI evaluations were found, we could detect relevant range shifts compared to the planning CT and correlate them with anatomical changes on the cCTs (weight loss).
