Conclusion: This dosimetric analysis emphasizes the importance of tailoring fractionation schedules based on tumor localization and patient age. Treatments using low-energy photons in a superficial therapy unit provide a versatile and effective approach for managing epidermoid and basal cell carcinomas. The proposed regimens balance efficacy and tolerability, addressing the unique needs of each patient group. Prospective studies are needed to validate these findings and refine clinical guidelines.
