Conclusion: Dose accumulation differences relative to known deformations were generally small, leading to minor differences in target coverage, MHD and MLD, indicating reliable dose accumulation. The largest differences were observed in esophageal cancer patients, particularly near and below the diaphragm. The DDM method proved to be a reliable QA method, except in diaphragm/sub-diaphragm regions for esophageal cancer patients.
