Conclusion: IOE2.0 addresses the key limitations of IOE1.0 by improving VMAT planning speed and incorporating a multi-level priority system that enhances flexibility and reduces planner dependency. This streamlined approach consistently produces high-quality plans for hypofractionated whole breast radiotherapy, even in complex cases, demonstrating its clinical feasibility for online adaptive radiotherapy workflows.
