Conclusion: No statistically significant differences in target coverage were observed for daily and cumulative delivered dose reconstructions between No repainting relative to 5 and 3 repaintings. Analysis of 4D dose distributions using log files demonstrated that all repainting methods produced comparable coverage for most target structures, with slightly higher variability observed in the No repainting group for specific targets, such as the internal mammary nodes.
