Physics - Inter-fraction motion management and offline adaptive radiotherapy

Conclusion: Margin reduction in combination with daily adaptation can maintain target dose, despite anatomical changes, whilst reducing dose to normal tissue. Furthermore, maintained target coverage was achieved also for unconventional beam geometries. Although the reduction in normal tissue dose was less consistent, this approach helped to shorten delivery time and reduce gantry occupation.
