Conclusion: This framework allows detection of fiducial markers with an acceptable geometric accuracy and latency for real-time liver tumour tracking using kV X-ray imaging on standard linear accelerators. Validated on a multi-centre dataset from 28 patients across five centres, this approach highlights potential integration into radiotherapy workflows for enhanced precision and patient outcomes.
