Results: Averaged over all traces, the geometric accuracy of the AI-enabled KIM for tracking gold markers was 0.5±0.4 mm and 0.6±0.9 mm for static and dynamic tests (Fig.2), respectively. The measured latency was 320±40 sec.

Conclusion: This work demonstrated first AI-enabled KIM implementation on a standard radiation therapy system. The results show promise as an accurate and accessible AI-enabled IGRT technology, opening up future opportunities to use smaller and lower contrast markers that reduce implantation risks and are more cost effective.[11]
