Personalised Margins Results Figure 2 shows the cumulative average of the BLD value. Trendlines were plotted based on the final 5 fractions information only. A negative gradient trendline indicates that a personalised margin generated based on the initial 5 fractions information will (on average) give a margin of suitable coverage.

On visual assessment in the treatment planning system, coverage was good for spherical shapes, and poorer for concave bladders or those with unusual sub-volumes (Patient2, Fig2).
