Results: Based on a discrepancy greater than 5 mm and a visual interpretation of the motion trend, three treatment sessions were excluded from analysis due to unexpected patient movements after the irradiation was finished. Across all analyzed patients, the mean median offset in the X, Y, and Z directions was 0.66 mm, -0.53 mm and -0.47 mm with a mean median rotational component (Rot X , Rot Y , and Rot Z ) in the 3D-MRI registration of 0.76°, 0.03°, - 0.04° (cf. table 1).
