Conclusion: Reconstructing the delivered dose based on a single timepoint (TRF-zero or TRF-post) is an oversimplification and, depending on the shape of the motion trace, may not even be a good worst-case estimator. Our dose reconstruction takes time- and organ-dependent motion into account to accurately calculate the delivered dose. In the future we intend to implement the workflow for every MRL treatment at our institute. Bladder filling appeared to be a major contributor to the large motion amplitudes. Hence, bladder preparation may need to be reconsidered for longer prostate MRL-treatments.
