Conclusion: The implemented KB approach for plan optimization improves the quality of CK single-lesion brain plans, offering an efficient, clinically applicable, solution. Future developments could involve creating a generalized KB model using data from multiple centers to broaden its applicability. The approach may likely extend to more complex cases, such as multiple brain lesions, and adapt to body SBRT applications.
