Conclusion: Our findings demonstrate that an in-house developed AI-based delineation model, trained on clinical data without any manual curation, can reduce delineation time by 25% in MR-guided brachytherapy for cervical cancer. The quality of the AI-based delineations was generally rated positive by the oncologists. Refining the model with improved automatic curated training data can potentially improve AI delineation accuracy and time savings further.
