Conclusion: An upstream planning peer review process was implemented to enable early identification of errors in online MR guided adaptive radiotherapy. Over three months, the process demonstrated gains in efficiency and prevented numerous planning issues from propagating downstream and affecting patient treatment, especially for cases where major revisions were necessary.
