Results:

The analysis demonstrated that HDR IRT provided significantly higher mean doses to the CTV compared to VMAT and electron beam therapy (p < 0.05), ensuring robust target coverage (Figure 1). VMAT offered comparable V95%CTV coverage to HDR IRT but showed an inversion in the dose profile, with higher doses at greater depths, sparing superficial tissues.
