Conclusion: This study demonstrates that SPArc performance under GPE is dependent on arc range and prescription dose. The results provide the first simulation-based reference to guide future investigations into SPArc treatment delivery accuracy and quality assurance.

This study compares photon and proton reirradiation plans according to the study protocol in a retrospective cohort, with the aim of identifying when protons could be beneficial.
