Conclusion: This work provides an update of consensus linac QC practice across the UK, offering insights to where guidance could be updated e.g. image quality QC. The data presented is useful for individual centres to benchmark their QC programme considering influencing factors and suggests there is scope for optimisation of resource and QC practice.
