Conclusion: We conducted a comprehensive patient-specific QA for LRT treatment delivery dose verification through 3D-array diode measurements, TLF-based delivered dose calculation, and independent IROC TLD and film evaluations. Following TG218 guidelines with γ (3%,2mm) criteria and tolerance/action limits of 95%/90%, most ArcCHECK/Delta4 measurements exceeded the 95% tolerance, with all measurements meeting the action threshold.
