Conclusion: Recorded uncertainties in DIR were slightly below the uncertainties in RIR. Dose accumulation on the new and the old CT can be used to assess for which patients and for which organs the dose accumulation is reliable. For critical OARs a local image registration may increase the accuracy of the accumulated dose.
