Results:

The average dose difference (±SD) of the IC measurements was -0.11% ± 1.44% or 0.00 Gy ± 0.03 Gy (N = 40). Average gamma pass rates are 98.0% ± 1.0% for 3%/2mm(local) and 97.7% ± 1.1% for 2%/2mm(local) (N = 10). Lowest pass rate was 96.1% with the 2%/2mm criterion. Beam-on time (including the avoidance sector) ranged between 115 and 120 seconds.

Conclusion: RapidArc Dynamic breast treatment plans were validated using IC and film dosimetry showing excellent agreement
