Conclusion: Our implementation using the extended Tofts model with voxel-wise, linear fitting and a patient-specific VIF from the SSS yielded accurate, repeatable and reproducible results. Implementation of this DCE analysis tool into a TPS enables a seamless workflow for biomarker driven treatment planning.
