Conclusion: The results indicate that TDD contrast is more strongly associated with cell density than ADC. This supports the hypothesis that TDD contrast might be less confounded measure of cell density than ADC. The results show promise for characterizing tumor microstructure based on TDD contrast on clinical MRI systems for individualized RT.
