Conclusion: In conclusion, we observed systematic longitudinal changes of radiomic features during fractionated SBRT for liver cancer. We identified three groups of patients showing different longitudinal behavior of the radiomic features. Further research is needed to correlate these imaging findings with clinical endpoints to potentially enable early response assessment and enable adaptive treatment strategies.
