Conclusion: ADC values in rectal cancer showed reasonable repeatability without application of an ultrasound gel filling. Reproducibility was worse when comparing images with and without rectal filling, stressed by a clear ADC bias. However, multicenter studies with more patients are necessary to validate these results.
Keywords: diffusion-weighted MRI, repeatability, MR-Linac
