Even though the minimal adjustment sets were different, they included similar concepts: tumour contour , subsite , node contour , and elective nodal irradiation for the UK-based DAG, and tumour location , tumour size , tumour dose , and nodal dose for the US-based DAG, Figure 2a. Causal estimates were similar for all measures: odds of failing WST 1 year after HN-RT increase by 19-24%/EQD2Gy, PSS-HN decreases by 1-1.1 point/EQD2Gy and MDADI decreased by 1-1.2 point/EQD2Gy, Figure 2b.
