Conclusion: This pilot study acts as a proof of concept that radiomic signatures can be used reliably to assess survival outcomes. In the next phase, the same model is being tested to predict response to TNT and is in the process of being extended to other cohorts to achieve desired statistical power for algorithm validation that can be used in future practice.
