hence potential to be reliably detected. Voxel-wise mapping of treatment-related changes were detected in all qMRI parameters, with those derived from DWI and DCE-MRI showing the highest reliability. 18 radiomic features robust to measurement uncertainties were identified in patients who received RT only, and 12 in patients receiving RT in combination with ADT. Only 4 features were common to both cohorts (Figure 1).

Conclusion: Results from this pilot study suggest that using a combination of qMRI parameters and qMRI-based radiomics features have the potential to detect recurrent disease providing an opportunity for early, curative salvage therapies.
