Physics - Radiomics, functional and biological imaging and outcome prediction

Conclusion: Spatial analysis demonstrates functional properties are heterogeneously expressed in tumour in clusters, with increasing homogeneity in expression throughout treatment as shown on heatmaps and reducing skewness. Spatial analysis characterises differences in parameter expression across a tumour volume, especially in context of residual disease.
