Conclusion: Aberrancy parcel maps from rs-fMRI could quantify subject-specific changes in brain functions. The global aberrancy changes in FC correlated with NCF decline post-RT, suggesting potential as an imaging biomarker. Specifically, the extended disruption of FC in regions far away from tumors, such as visual and sensorimotor networks, warrant further investigation.
