The volumetric statistics of the ROOH yields can potentially act as a biological metric for FLASH effects under various PBS delivery parameters. Our radiochemical simulations indicate that the PBS FLASH effect depends mainly on the total dose and the pencil beam current, and independent of field sizes and spot spacings. Promisingly, ROOH yields also appear to reflect the effects of multiple field deliveries.
