Conclusion: Most patients had heterozygous ERCC4 (GA) as compared to mutant and wild types. ERCC4 heterozygous genotype (GA) significantly improved OS and also significantly affected dysphagia and hematological toxicity during adjuvant therapy. However, small sample size and short follow-up are limitations of our study.
