Conclusion: The study demonstrated the predictive capability of DRM for treatment sensitivity in NPC. DRM IC created in the IC treatment provides the tumor spatial dose response to the CCRT treatment, which could not be replaced using a single image or pre-treatment parameters. These findings support the potential for integrating DRM into clinical practice to personalize radiotherapy plans and enhance therapeutic outcomes for NPC patients.
