Conclusion: These results indicate that the reported polymeric aptamer platform can be tailored to specifically radiosensitize breast cancer cells. Notably, the modular nature of the polymeric aptamer platform allows for further customization or added functionalities, such as targeting other cell types and pathways, for imaging or radionuclide treatment.
