Results: Both workflows were successfully used to plan and verify treatment position in all participants. The mean set up times were similar (06:09 mins offline (dCT), 05:02 mins online (MR)). Image registration was challenging in the offline workflow, in part due to the lack of spinal pathology in some participants and positional variations between dCT and on-treatment MR images. The offline workflow required less time for the patient on the treatment couch (29:46 mins) however, the overall time for the online workflow was shorter with a mean time of 47:39 mins for online and 56:57 mins for offline (See figure 2).
