Conclusion: MANIV-BH significantly improves CBCT quality and facilitates IGRT for liver SABR compared to FB. Operator variability in IGRT was similar across techniques, except in the superior-inferior direction, supporting MANIV-BH. MANIV-BH enhances liver SABR treatments by breathing-related tumour motion and refining per-treatment CBCT images and IGRT. This enables more consistent and accurate treatments, further supporting innovative techniques like adaptive RT that relies on high image quality.
