Digital Poster Patient Reported Outcomes and Experience Measures (PROMs-PREMs) in Radiotherapy Pilar Maria Samper Ots, Dolores de las Peñas Cabrera, José Zapatero Ortuño, Celia García Torres, Jorge García Güemes, Alfonso Valcarcel Diaz, Olga Engel, Javier Rodriguez de la Peña, Claudia Jimena Chaves Pantoja, Noelia Moreno Cerrato, Melina Martin Lopez, Estela Rico Sanchez Radiation Oncology, Hospital Universitario Rey Juan Carlos, Móstoles, Spain Purpose/Objective: Patient-reported health outcomes provide value, allow us to analyze how the clinical procedure has impacted the patient's life, whether it has affected their quality of life, and determine what is truly important to the patient. It encourages active patient participation in medical care and, based on patient experience, allows areas for improvement to be detected. Material/Methods: Within the E-Res Salud (Health Outcomes Evaluation) we have launched the E-Res Oncoradio project. We have used the PRO-CTCAE (Patient-Reported Outcomes version of the Common Terminology Criteria for adverse Events), developed by the NCI, to develop several PROMs by location: breast, female pelvis, male pelvis, CNS, thorax, and head and neck. When the patient starts treatment, the corresponding PRO-CTCAE is selected and is sent weekly to the patient portal. An alert system has been defined that notifies the clinical team of the results reported by patients and that have been identified as critical to act in real time, thus achieving greater efficiency. When the patient finishes radiotherapy, he receives a satisfaction survey to evaluate the radiotherapy process PREMs (patient reported experience measures). The flow is shown in Figure 1.

Results: From February 2023 to Movember 2024, 1.053 patients have been included in the project. 147 patients (15,12%) answered 100%, 593 (61%) < 100% and 219 (22.53%) 0%. A total of 18.627 forms were submitted and 6.921 (37.16%) have been completed, the details of the forms are shown in Table 1. The forms are resolved at the health results desk, they have an alert code: if the answers are green the patient is well and does not need any intervention, if the answer is yellow, recommendations are automatically sent to the patient through the patient portal and an appointment is made for evaluation in the nursing consultation, if the code is red the appointment is made for evaluation in the doctor's consultation.
