Conclusion: In conclusion, HNC patients experiencing radiotherapy late effects require adequate psychological support as well as physical support managing symptoms. Our subsequent actions not only improved their clinical burden through the use of PROMS, but allowed us to treat patients holistically to improve their QOL. Ideally, this should be implemented at an early stage, such as prehabilitation, to prepare patients for the burden of treatment and disease to come. The service will therefore further explore and develop the psychological support and interventions available for these patients.
