Conclusion: This thematic analysis highlights the broad skill sets and supports that APRTs articulate are required to help them prepare for and excel in their roles. The six themes identified will eventually be integrated with data from a boarder international APRT preparation SWOT analysis project to inform the creation of a best practice framework for a well rounded and effective APRT educational program.
