DVH prediction. All the ATP plans were generated within 5 minutes, and compared with approved manual plans in both subjective and objective criteria.

Results: Of the total 250 testing cases, above 80% of the auto-plans passed clinical criteria without the need for per-patient adjustment, as shown in Fig.1, and 60% of them were deemed preferable to the manual plans in blinded multi reviewer selection, which are consistent with the results of previous study [3]. The dosimetric comparison also suggested that the ATP plans achieved statistically comparable or better sparing for most of organs, while maintaining the same target coverage and similar beam modulation with the manual plans, as illustrated in Fig.2.
