Conclusion: Our retrospective single-institutional dosimetric analysis confirmed the data present in the literature No cardiac events were reported. With the limitations of the sample also analyzed by the dosimetric analysis of the cardiac substructures, the Fast Forward ultrahypofractionated schedule appears feasible and safe even with free breathing technique.
