Conclusion: While CBCT resolution and the heterogenous radiological nature of primary lung tumours limits the proportion of patients where accurate CBCT GTV structure delineation is feasible, it was successful in 97.3% of the enriched population described. Future studies should include multi-observer evaluations in larger cohorts to confirm the robustness of the workflow.
